    The championship is divided in 2 phases. First the 12 participants are divided in 3 groups, in which 4 teams will play. Them we have Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina that had been key heads and the two better teams of each group, more the two best ones third placed, advance fourth of end.

    Brazil will have, in the America’s cup of 2007, first the great challenge after the elimination of the World cup of 2006 for France. Beyond the challenge, Brazil will enter in field in search of its eighth South American heading and, with it, the confirmation of a hegemony in the continent in the last decade. Of four editions of America cup in this period, the team invoiced three.

    I hope this time Brazil will destroy Argentina, as well as the others.

Like every brazilian I should decide support a brazilian team. My entire family always liked Sao Paulo F.C., and i didn’t have any reasons to not like them to.

Since this day I love this team, and every match, I make the possible to watch it, or even to go to the Morumbi Stadium:

The national football team,is the symbol of national identity, the only time the nation gets together.

We can considerate that football is like a religion. Many people talks about it, every time, every where.

To know why this is a important sport to the country, we need to know a little about the Brazilian soccer team.

Soccer was invented by the English, and expanded himself in almost all countries. Football arrive through Brazil like by the 1920s and owning in South America.

My favorite city in Brazil is São Paulo. 
It’s an old city with lots of interesting things.
By the way, has the name of the best soccer team in America

São Paulo is first in population, and is the industrial center of this country. It’s a very large city.

It has over fifteen million people, but they are very friendly and easy to meet.
São Paulo has a terrible public transportation system, but the subway is wonderful. As any big city, São Paulo is dangerous and violent.

São Paulo has many  shopping , movies, museums, public gardens, and soccer stadiums. As well as many schools, where you can meet people of your age and of many nationality.
